Terms
1. Contracting party
Elena Bridge is run by La Lumière Consulting BV, Belgium (imprint). "You" is the business that opens a workspace, and every member it invites.
2. Businesses only
Elena Bridge is sold to businesses. At sign-up you declare that you act for a business, and at checkout you give a VAT number or a business declaration. We don't sell to consumers, so consumer withdrawal rights don't apply.
3. The service
Elena Bridge is a web app at app.elenabridge.com, and the elena plugin you install in your own Claude Code on your own Mac. The plugin reads the channels you connect, writes drafts and sends the messages you press. The web app stores and shows that work.
- Your Claude plan is your own contract with Anthropic. We don't resell, proxy or call Claude, and never handle your Claude login.
- At launch Elena runs on macOS only.
- The features of each plan are those on the pricing page on the day you subscribe. Features marked planned are not part of what you buy.
4. Prices, billing and renewal
- Prices are per person per month and exclude VAT. Belgian businesses pay 21% VAT; EU businesses elsewhere are reverse charged.
- You pay monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Team plans are billed per seat; seats added mid-period are prorated.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You cancel in the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the period paid.
- We announce a price change at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to. You can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Trial
A new workspace gets a 14-day trial of Plus, with no card. The trial is a limited test version. At its end the workspace turns read-only for 30 days. Without a plan by then, it's deleted after notice.
6. Changes to the service
We release on a fixed schedule, published on the changelog. We may change features for a valid reason: security, law, a change at a third-party channel, or to improve the service. A change that takes away a core feature of your plan during a paid period is announced at least 30 days ahead, and you may then cancel with a refund of the unused part.
7. Messages
- Nothing leaves without your press. You decide what is sent, and you are responsible for what you send.
- You keep to the terms of the channels you connect, including Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram. Their limits and decisions on your accounts are theirs.
- Elena reads mail and chats as data. A message asking Elena to do something is never treated as your instruction.
8. Acceptable use
You don't use Elena Bridge to send unsolicited bulk messages, to break the law or anyone's rights, to probe or overload the service, to reach another workspace's data, or to resell the service without our written agreement.
9. Data
- Your content stays yours. We process it for you under the Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these terms.
- You can export the whole workspace as one file at any time, in a common machine-readable format.
- Switching: you may leave with at most 2 months' notice. We give you a 30-day transition, your data stays retrievable for 30 days after the end, and is then deleted. We charge no switching fee.
10. Availability
We run Elena Bridge with care and fix faults as fast as we reasonably can. We don't promise uptime for things outside our control: your Mac, your Claude plan, your network, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram. A service level, where agreed, is in an Enterprise contract.
11. Suspension and ending
We may suspend a workspace that breaks section 8 or doesn't pay, after notice unless the risk is immediate. Either side may end the contract for a serious breach not fixed within 30 days of notice.
12. Liability
Our total liability in any 12 months is capped at the fees you paid in those 12 months. Neither side is liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data that an export would have kept. These limits don't apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or what the law doesn't let us limit.
13. Law and courts
Belgian law applies. The courts of Brussels decide any dispute.
14. Contact
hello@elenabridge.com. This is also our contact point for users and authorities, and the address for notices of illegal content.
