Who is responsible
La Lumière Consulting BV, Belgium, is the controller for the data in this notice (imprint). Questions and requests: hello@elenabridge.com.
The messages, people, drafts and meetings in your workspace are your data. We process them for you as a processor, under the DPA, and this notice doesn't cover them.
What we keep

How long
- Account data: while your workspace exists, and up to 30 days after it ends.
- Invoices and billing records: as long as Belgian accounting law requires.

Who else handles it
Fly.io hosts the service in an EU region. Stripe handles payments and invoices. Brevo sends sign-in links and service mail. The full list is on sub-processors. Where a provider may access data from the United States, the transfer rests on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Claude
Elena runs in your own Claude Code, under your own contract with Anthropic. Anthropic is your provider, not ours, and Elena Bridge never sends data to it. Claude's "Help improve Claude" setting is yours to set; we recommend it off for business data.
Cookies
One cookie, sid, keeps you signed in. Your browser also remembers table filters on your device. Both are strictly necessary, so there is no banner. No analytics, no advertising cookies.
Rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy to take elsewhere, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@elenabridge.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, dataprotectionauthority.be.
